Main Content: Curt Gowdy State Park is located halfway between Laramie and Cheyenne. There are 37 miles of trail. The 3,500-acre park surrounds the Crystal and Granite Springs Reservoirs. There is enough variety for riders of all abilities. There are six "play areas" specifically marked to play on rock slabs and session progressively larger and more challenging obstacles. You'll find buff trails that flow through aspen groves and rolling meadows and trails that require technical skill and concentration. No matter what type of trail you like to ride– you'll find a trail that makes you smile.
The camping areas are large and have showers and pit-toilets.
